Will my pet be housed for intensive rehabilitation?
Most rehabilitation patients are treated as out-patients. However, special arrangements can be made for additional care that requires intensive daily therapy or for owners living far from our facility.
With the recent changes for businesses related to Covid, we want to reassure you that we are continuing to provide our full range of services with the safety measures listed below. We will update this page regularly as the safety measures change.
We are continuing to see all cases by appointment only. This includes Canine Rehabilitation appointments, Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine appointments for acupuncture, herbal medicine, food therapy and Tui -na, Animal Chiropractic, Nutrition referrals, and specific blood testing referrals.
Vet appointments: We are allowing a maximum of 2 clients into the reception area at a time. Face masks are required to enter the building.
Rehab appointments: Due to the limited space inside the rehab treatment rooms, clients are still not permitted to come inside. When you arrive, please remain outside the hospital and use your cell phone to call us. A staff member will then meet you outside to bring your pet into the hospital for an examination. The veterinarian will contact you by phone to discuss the recommended treatment plan. After your appointment, a staff member will return your pet and any medications to you. Payment will also occur outside.
Credit cards continue to be our preferred payment method. Other options can be arranged by contacting reception.
Continue with curbside pickup of food and medication for orders placed directly through the clinic. Orders placed via our online store are delivered directly to your home. To place an order through our online store, visit our website and click on "Online Store".
