Emily Grant, RVT

Registered Veterinary Technician

Growing up in a small fishing and farming community, Emily developed a love for nature and animals at a young age. After job shadowing our rehabilitation specialists, she joined our team at the end of 2018.

Once Emily completed a BSc in Animal Science and a Certificate in Linguistics, she decided she wanted a more hands-on job where she could directly help (and baby talk to) animals. Thus her interest in Veterinary medicine and specifically Physical Rehabilitation was born. Emily graduated from Dalhousie's VetTech program in 2017.

She hopes to continue the tradition of 'I swear this is the last time I'm going back to school' and pursue a Certification in Canine Rehabilitation.
